How Your Gift Will Help!

Betty Griffin Center provides services of hope and healing for victims of domestic and sexual assault in St. Johns County.

We save and change lives by offering free services to domestic and sexual violence survivors and education programs to the community.  Advocates are available 24/7 to support domestic and/or sexual abuse survivors, or their families and friends, through our Helpline at (904) 824-1555.

In addition to operating a safe and secure shelter for victims and survivors of domestic or sexual assault, we manage a Rape Crisis Unit and provide confidential counseling and support groups. We also have staff and volunteers providing additional support including court advocacy, legal assistance, legal representation, financial counseling and other services. Last year, we served over 900 adults and children, providing 10,475 hours of supportive services and responded to over 1,300 helpline calls.
