Betty Griffin Center CEO Kelly Franklin was joined by other local officials as the City Commission of the City of St. Augustine passed a proclamation declaring January as Human Trafficking Awareness Month – urging all residents to recognize “our vital roles in ending all forms of modern slavery” and observe “programs and activities aimed at ending and preventing all forms of human trafficking.”
