Pickle ballers are invited to compete in a fun-filled tournament to benefit Betty Griffin Center and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse in St. Johns County during the Second annual ‘Pickleball for Peace’ competition on Friday Oct. 25 and Saturday Oct. 26.

The fundraising event will be hosted by Old Coast Pickleball, with the competitions taking place on indoor courts located at 76 Dockside Drive, Unit 108, St Augustine, FL 32084.

Registration is $65 per player and the event is open to all skill levels, ages 12 and up. Players will receive individual scores as they team up with rotating partners for multiple games. To register, just click on this link or scan the QR Code here:

The competition schedule for the events is as follows:

Friday Night (October 25) Competitive Partner Play

The tournament kicks off at 5 p.m. Friday with exciting round robin matches featuring set pairs competing for top honors! Friday night is all about competitive spirit, camaraderie, and a little friendly rivalry on the courts.

Saturday (October 26) All levels

Get ready for a full day of action, with rotating partners in a 10-person format. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just love the game, this event is designed for all skill levels and ages. Here’s the schedule:

  • 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Men 60+
  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Women 60+
  • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Teens
  • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Special Couples Event with the Sheriff
  • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Women 20-60
  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Men 20-60
